On Cape Cod

Personal story: A friend had purchased this painting years ago.  Eventually, he was in his 80s and dying from cancer.  His family told me that towards the end he would sit at home and look at this painting for hours.  They said it brought him a bit of peace.  I get feedback like this from time to time.  It moves my heart and helps motivate me to make new paintings.
